Welcome to Gardens on Quail

gardens-on-quail-gen4We understand that there are a lot of choices when it comes to short-term rehabilitation communities. While many communities can seem the same “on paper,” you won’t truly know if a community is right for you or a loved one until you visit. Tours of Gardens on Quail are encouraged so you can see first hand how we are changing the face of short-term care.

When you determine that Gardens on Quail is the right choice, a Hospital Liaison will meet with you and your family to complete an assessment prior to admission. The goal of this meeting is to ensure that we can meet your specific medical needs and preferences. Examples of information gathered during this meeting include:

  • What time do you typically wake up and go to bed? This allows therapy and nursing to work around your schedule and preferences.
  • What types of foods do you prefer? What are your dietary restrictions?
  • What are your rehabilitation goals?

Guest Services

Gardens on Quail employs a masters level social worker to provide social and emotional support to our short-term rehabilitation guests. We help our guests access services within and outside of our care community. Some examples include:

  • Assisting with discharge planning to ensure guests transition safely back into the community and continue to progress
  • Arranging in-house health counseling and personal therapy sessions
  • Helping with ancillary needs such as dental, hearing, and vision
  • Educating clients about services available when they return home
