We have been committed to providing housing, personal care, and other comprehensive senior services since we opened our doors in 2013.

The Gardens on Quail Assisted Living can accommodate residents requiring personal care assistance which may include medication monitoring, grooming and bathing assistance, around-the-clock well-being monitoring, personal laundry, and stand-by or hands-on assistance with one or more of the activities of daily living. Basic services in assisted living include a 24-hour staffing and emergency response system, three meals per day, weekly housekeeping and linen service, planned activities and scheduled transportation. A special unit for residents with memory impairments is also available.

The Gardens on Quail Assisted Living features studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments each with a kitchenette, private bath, individually controlled heating and cooling, and 24-hour emergency response. All residents have access to the community center as well as planned activities, transportation and amenities such as dining, beauty salon and barbershop, library, computer center, activity and recreation rooms, fitness center, putting green, outdoor model train, theater, cable TV, water feature and garden and greenhouse areas.

Arvada, Colorado is located northwest of Denver, nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Now a major residential suburb of Denver, Arvada began during the 1870s as a supply center for the local farming community. The district includes a collection of buildings that reflect the evolution and development of a small-town commercial area from the late 1800s through the post-World War II period. While many of the storefronts have been modified to meet changing needs, the collection of primarily brick buildings retains the ambiance typically associated with such commercial areas. Arvada consistently competes with the larger metropolitan centers in the area of business and commerce but retains a small-town charm that other suburbs can’t replicate. Our 83-unit apartment community is located in a residential neighborhood on Quail Street, just off of W 64th Ave. in Arvada. Our location is convenient to shopping, medical services, churches, and just a few miles from Olde Town Arvada. The two-story building features architecture representing the best of Colorado living and offers several rental apartment floor plans. Our community features beautiful landscaping with well-manicured gardens and gorgeous mountain views.
