February at The Gardens on Quail — Community, Creativity, and Celebration

February at The Gardens on Quail is filled with opportunities to connect, learn, celebrate, and enjoy meaningful moments together. From outings and live music to creative programs and festive gatherings, our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents have a full and engaging month ahead.

February Outings

Residents are invited to join us for shopping outings throughout the month. Please remember to sign up at the Front Desk.

• February 4 at 1:00 PM: Shopping at Goodwill
• February 18 at 1:00 PM: Shopping at Target
• February 25 at 1:00 PM: Brass Armadillo Antique Mall

Weekly & Ongoing Programs

We’re excited to offer a variety of enrichment programs designed to inspire creativity, curiosity, and reflection.

Poetry Reading & Writing Saturdays at 11:15 AM | Aspen Enjoy poetry from different styles and try writing your own.

Famous Figures Tuesdays at 11:00 AM | Aspen Learn about influential 20th-century figures including John F. Kennedy, Princess Diana, Pablo Picasso, and Jane Goodall.

Curiosity Corner Thursdays at 11:15 AM | Town Center Explore fascinating wildlife topics, including bears, platypuses, saltwater creatures, and Colorado’s Big Horned Sheep.

Write From the Heart Journaling Tuesday, February 3 & 17 at 9:30 AM | Bistro A reflective journaling session with journals provided.

Special Performances & Events

Ukulele Performance by Scott Fletcher & Band Saturday, February 7 at 2:30 PM | Town Center A lively and unique musical experience you won’t want to miss.

Happy Hour & Live Entertainment

Join us every Friday at 3:00 PM for Happy Hour with refreshments and live music.

Employee of the Month: Tazzy Callahan

We’re proud to recognize Tazzy Callahan as our Employee of the Month.

Since joining The Gardens on Quail care staff in October 2024, Tazzy has been a hardworking, reliable, and compassionate team member. He consistently offers help to residents and coworkers alike and embodies the passion for care that defines our community.
