Short-Term Rehabilitation

Welcome to Gardens on Quail

We understand that there are a lot of choices when it comes to short-term rehabilitation communities. While many communities can seem the same “on paper,” you won’t truly know if a community is right for you or a loved one until you visit. Tours of Gardens on Quail are encouraged so you can see first hand how we are changing the face of short-term care.

When you determine that Gardens on Quail is the right choice, a Representative will meet with you and your family to complete an assessment prior to admission. The goal of this meeting is to ensure that we can meet your specific medical needs and preferences. Examples of information gathered during this meeting include:

  • What are your rehabilitation goals?
  • What time do you typically wake up and go to bed?
  • What types of food do you prefer? Do you have any dietary restrictions?
  • Do you enjoy group activities or leisure time alone?

Guest Services

Gardens on Quail employs a full-time social worker to provide social and emotional support to our short-term rehabilitation guests. We help our guests access services within and outside of our care community. Some examples include:

  • Assisting with discharge planning to ensure guests transition safely back into the community and continue to progress
  • Arranging in-house health counseling and personal therapy sessions
  • Helping with ancillary needs such as dental, hearing, and vision
  • Educating clients about services available when they return home

If you or a loved one is in need of short-term rehabilitation, please contact Gardens on Quail today to arrange a tour of our community.
