Hello Gardens on Quail Community! I am Conor Smallwood. I was born in Denver and grew up in Broomfield. Heeding the call of the mountains, I attended Western State University in Gunnison, CO. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in studio art and then quickly started a career in elder care.

Having worked all the different levels of care from activities in independent living to care giving in skilled nursing, I have grown to appreciate the journey of aging in an elder living community. I will show respect and appreciation for every person that walks through my door or across my path. The events that you have all lived through are both harrowing and in some cases, I’m envious of your experiences in a world of the past.

I am truly a neighbor to you all, living only five minutes away. I am happily married and blessed with two beautiful daughters. In my free time, I enjoy running with my wife and playing guitar in a surf rock band with my neighbors. I hope to support community for everyone at Gardens on Quail with my professionalism, sympathy, and compassion. Thank you for welcoming me into your home
